For those people, who are new to the Tosa history, this dog is a very experienced DeFi veteran. He had a lot of lives, ups and downs, but finally it’s time for him to find his shelter.
Tosa.Finance was a movement started by an anonymous dev: Amanda. The project was created as a meme token. Quickly people started to notice how inexperienced Amanda was as a developer and later she abandoned the project. After that there was a one month period where Tosa was slowly dying on the streets of the Ethereum blockchain. Luckily after a month, we bring new power to Tosa and move it to BSC (Binance Smart Chain)! Tosa.Finance is similar to $HOGE and other deflationary coins, but with a few key improvements. $TOSA overcomes $HOGE with the chain it’s hosted on. Hoge is based on the Ethereum mainnet, where fees for transactions and trades are at the highest they’ve ever been. This is a major roadblock for smaller investors, but Tosa.Finance solves that problem. Instead of building on the Ethereum mainnet, Tosa.Finance is based on the Binance Smart Chain (referred to as BSC). The BSC is an Ethereum side chain that has implemented proof-of-stake as the form of validation, instead of the traditional proof-of-work validation that powers the Ethereum network right now. As a result, the fees to transfer or perform actions on the BSC are super low. Essentially, your money goes further on the BSC because you’re not spending 30–40 dollars in gas fees to buy tokens.
